The 3D model challenge is a chance to take your ideas up off the page and create an actual model using materials of your choice to show how the park could look in the future.

The Special Biodiversity Theme is all about putting plants and animals first – with a special focus on a species or habitat of your choice, show us how we can do more to protect our nature and wildlife in the Park.

How to Enter:

Download an entry form and print it off – complete, sign and attach it to your entry. Forms can also be collected from the Park or your school. Post your entry to Glenveagh National Park Education Centre, Church Hill, Donegal or drop it in to the Visitor Centre – open 7 days a week. Call us on 0761002691 if you have any queries.

What next?

All entries will be displayed in the Visitor Centre throughout the year ahead.

All wining entries will be invited to a special Afternoon tea Party at the Castle to receive your prize in late October. Winners will be notified by phone/email.

All winning entries to the competition will be included in our new educational publications for schools. All entries will be viewed by staff, teams of architects and conservationists who are working to plan for the future of the park.

Other prizes include art supplies, vouchers, nature goody bags and books, plus our special overall Glenveagh Art in The Park Trophy.
